Product Mix-Ups
Because orders are picked and packed by hand, items can occasionally be mixed up and the wrong product, size, or style may be sent. If that happens, contact us at support@korvaya.store with your order number and photos of what you received. We will correct the order by sending the right item or refunding the incorrect item. You do not pay return shipping when we sent the wrong item.
